OUR TEAM

Josephine Eve

Josephine Eve

Director

Josephine has been in the field of education for over 15 years, during which she has taught, traveled, and trained hundreds of teachers and parents across different countries.

As a child, she never felt “good at school,” but this very experience motivated her to seek new ways to make learning more accessible, inclusive, and meaningful for everyone.

Her love for languages, two learned from a young age and three more acquired while teaching around the world, became the foundation for developing an original language teaching method, inspired by learning psychology and attentive to neurodivergence.

Our Teachers

Our team is made up of 30 teachers, each bringing unique expertise, an international background, and specialization in the age group they work with.

In line with our approach, it doesn’t matter whether they are native speakers or bilingual: what matters is teaching English that is neutral and clear, without accents, one of the six fundamental principles of our method.

All teachers take part in annual training, beginning with an intensive program and continuing with ongoing refresher seminars, ensuring quality, consistency, and continuous professional growth.

What unites them all is a passion for teaching, offering children an inclusive, stimulating, and high-quality educational experience.
