Our Method: Understanding the Child

In a complex and ever-changing world made up of diverse minds, where over 20% of people are considered neurodivergent, we believe education should be inclusive, sensitive, and truly tailored.

For this reason, we have created a cross-disciplinary educational method that places communication at its core in all its forms: verbal, artistic, bodily, digital, and symbolic.

From spoken English to the language of coding, from drawing to music, from theater to play, every activity is designed to ignite confidence, self-expression, and growth in children.

Our method is built on the integration of six pedagogical approaches, two of which were developed in-house, applied consistently and flexibly across all our programs.

The 3C Method:

Creativity, Curiosity, Collaboration

CREATIVITY

Stimulates divergent thinking, independence, the ability to find original solutions, and express oneself in a unique way.

CURIOSITY

Is the engine of authentic learning. It fuels interest, encourages exploration, and fosters an active and joyful relationship with knowledge.

COLLABORATION

Develops empathy, listening skills, and teamwork. It helps children grow together with others, respecting differences and building meaningful connections.

Spaced Repetition System

We use spaced repetition techniques to strengthen memory and consolidate learning over time. Through intelligent and gradual exposure to content, children are able to retain knowledge naturally, avoiding overload and building a solid foundation for the future.

Asking a child to memorize content rigidly is neither effective nor age-appropriate. That’s why we focus on consistent, natural repetition connected to everyday life.

Play based learning

For children, play is not a break from learning—it is how they truly learn.

Through playful activities, creative experiences, and cooperative challenges, we stimulate attention, imagination, and engagement.

Play keeps enthusiasm and presence alive, making learning enjoyable, immersive, and transformative.

The Explorer Child

Inspired by the theories of Jean Piaget, we view every child as an active researcher.

Our environments and activities are designed to stimulate discovery, independence, and critical thinking.

The teacher is not a mere transmitter of content, but a facilitator of experiences: guiding children in the construction of their own knowledge and encouraging them to ask questions.

M.C.T.

Marshall Communication Time

Inspired by communication protocols from the aviation world, this approach, developed by us, aims to make children’s communication clear and effective. By training active listening, neutral pronunciation, intercultural understanding, and expressive fluency, children learn to communicate more consciously and independently, both in Italian and in foreign languages.

While vocabulary acquisition is important, our main focus is developing the ability to respond to questions related to everyday life. Our approach is inspired by the natural way we all learn our mother tongue: through practical use.

NVC

Nonviolent Communication

Based on Marshall Rosenberg’s method, Nonviolent Communication is one of the pillars of our approach.

From the earliest years, we teach children to recognize and express their emotions, to communicate their needs clearly, and to relate to others with respect and empathy.

It’s not just a way of speaking, but a way of being in relationship with the world.

Our services are born from the experience and passion of our professionals, with a single goal: to guide children on a path of authentic growth.

But it’s not just them who grow, we are constantly evolving too.

This video, created 8 years ago, proves it.

At the time, we were already applying three of our approaches: M.C.T., S.R.S., and the beloved 3Cs.

Today, three more approaches have been added.
